Product Overview

The mining general-type variable frequency cabinet is an electric power speed regulator that realizes speed regulation control of AC drive motors. It is mainly composed of a rectifier, filter, inverter, control circuit and other components. Smooth adjustment of motor speed can be achieved by regulating the input voltage and frequency of the motor. In mine production, the motor speed can be adjusted in real time as required to realize precise equipment control.

Control Types

Constant Speed Control: As one of the most basic control types of variable frequency control cabinets, it adjusts the output frequency of the frequency converter to maintain a constant speed of the driven motor. This control type is suitable for scenarios requiring constant speed, such as mine conveyors, fans and other equipment.

Constant Torque Control: It adjusts the output voltage of the frequency converter to maintain constant torque of the driven motor. Suitable for equipment requiring constant load, such as mine cranes and transport machinery, it ensures stable equipment operation and improves work efficiency.

Vector Control: A relatively advanced control type that enables precise control of motor torque and speed. By monitoring and adjusting motor parameters including speed, current and voltage, vector control supports fast motor startup, high-speed precise positioning and reverse braking. It is applied in scenarios demanding high control accuracy, such as mine CNC machines and robots.

Multi-motor Synchronous Control: In some complex application scenarios, multiple motors need to run synchronously. The variable frequency control cabinet realizes coordinated control among multiple motors to achieve full synchronization. This control type is commonly used for complex production machinery, such as sophisticated mine equipment.

Pressure / Flow Closed-loop Control: For equipment requiring precise pressure or flow control, the variable frequency control cabinet achieves closed-loop control of pressure or flow through real-time monitoring and feedback from sensors. It applies to fluid-related applications such as mine pump control systems.

Liquid Level Control: High-performance float switches automatically start and stop drainage pumps according to liquid level changes. This control type is suitable for liquid level regulation scenarios such as mine drainage systems.

Pressure Control: External electric contact pressure gauges or pressure controllers start and stop pumps according to pipe network pressure fluctuations. Widely used in scenarios requiring precise pressure control, such as mine water supply systems.

Temperature Control: External temperature controllers turn pumps on or off based on preset ambient temperature. Suitable for temperature-controlled occasions such as mine heat exchange systems.
