The Langrui multi-circuit control equipment for fire smoke prevention and exhaust fans is used to control fire smoke exhaust fans. It can control the controlled fans to perform predetermined actions, receive feedback signals from the controlled fans, monitor the operating status of the controlled fans, communicate information with upper-level monitoring equipment, and send audible and visual prompts to personnel.
Structural Features and Working Principle
Langrui fire smoke prevention and exhaust fan dual-power control equipment consists of low-voltage electrical components including an automatic transfer switch for dual power supplies, circuit breakers, AC contactors, motor protectors, phase loss and phase sequence protectors, overvoltage and undervoltage protectors. The equipment automatically switches to standby power when the main power fails, and switches back to main power automatically when the main power is restored. The equipment supports both manual and automatic operation modes: the phase sequence, overvoltage and undervoltage protector will immediately perform protection actions and cut off the main circuit power supply to quickly protect the load and trigger audible and visual alarms if overvoltage, undervoltage, phase misalignment or open circuit of any phase is detected in the three-phase AC circuit. During manual or automatic startup, the external lead wire of the fire damper must be connected and the corresponding relay energized before the fan can start. Under the automatic state, when the fire linkage signal is received, the equipment triggers audible and visual alarms and starts the fire fan simultaneously.
The working principle of Langrui fire smoke prevention and exhaust fan dual-power control equipment is as follows: when the fire control center receives a fire signal, it links the fire smoke prevention and exhaust fan control cabinet to start the fire fan and open the smoke exhaust damper, discharging thick indoor smoke outdoors through air ducts to achieve smoke exhaust effect.
