Variable Frequency Start Cabinet
Product Overview
The variable frequency control cabinet is mainly used to adjust the operating frequency of equipment, reduce energy consumption, enable smooth equipment startup, and mitigate damage to motors caused by high inrush current during direct equipment startup. It also comes with built-in analog input (for speed control or feedback signals), PID control, pump switchover control (for constant pressure), communication functions, macro functions (with different parameter settings for various scenarios), multi-speed operation and more. It can be widely applied in automatic control for water supply, drainage, fire protection, sprinkler pipe network pressurization, and hot and cold water circulation for HVAC systems in industrial and agricultural production as well as various buildings.
Control Types
1. Liquid level control: This control cabinet is equipped with high-performance KEY float switches. It automatically starts and stops water supply and drainage pumps according to changes in high and low liquid levels.
2. Pressure control: An external electric contact pressure gauge or pressure controller is connected. The cabinet can automatically start and stop pumps based on changes in pipe network pressure. This type is widely used in domestic water supply and fire pressurization systems.
3. Temperature control: An external temperature controller is connected. Pumps are started or stopped according to the set temperature range, applicable to scenarios requiring temperature control such as constant temperature and heat exchange systems.
4. Time control: The cabinet panel is equipped with time setting buttons and a display. Users can control the start and stop of water pumps according to timing requirements, suitable for controls of various timed or regular intermittent operation modes.

1. Power supply: Municipal power, self-provided power grid, diesel generator set; three-phase AC 380V, (-10%, +15%), 50Hz
2. Applicable motor: General squirrel-cage asynchronous motor
3. Starting frequency: Frequent startup is allowed, recommended not to exceed 20 times per hour
4. Protection class: IP41 or IP20
