Langrui intelligent digital fire pump inspection device realizes low-frequency automatic inspection of fire pumps. During inspection, the intelligent inspection controller outputs commands to inspect each fire pump one by one. The motor runs at low speed and no water pressure is generated in the system. If a fire command is received during the whole inspection process, the intelligent inspection controller will immediately stop the inspection and start the fire pump instantly to perform fire fighting tasks. If any abnormality occurs during inspection, the controller records fault information and triggers audible and visual alarms. Meanwhile, fault data will be uploaded to the fire control room or building automation duty room to notify on-duty personnel for maintenance, ensuring reliable operation of the equipment.
Structural Features and Working Principle
Langrui fire pump inspection cabinet can automatically inspect main and standby fire pumps. The inspection is periodic automatic inspection with low frequency, low speed and no water pressure. The advantages are as follows: First, it performs low-speed no-pressure inspection for fire pumps. The motor rotates at low speed without generating water pressure in the pipeline. The driving power of the fire pump is small, about one-third of the rated power of the pump motor. Therefore, this inspection method is safe, will not damage the pump unit and pipe network system, and requires low power consumption. Second, the inspection runs automatically and periodically. Parameters are set once during installation and no manual operation is required afterwards. It effectively prevents pump rusting and checks the mechanical running condition of the pumps. Langrui fire pump inspection cabinet also carries out periodic automatic detection on fire circuits and components. Audible and visual alarms will be triggered by the controller when input voltage or current is too high or insufficient, phase loss, short circuit or component damage occurs, so as to keep circuits and components in good working condition.
