Product Overview

Model YB-40.5 series prefabricated (combined) substation is a complete power transformation device integrating high-voltage compartment, transformer compartment and low-voltage (or medium-voltage) compartment. It can be optionally equipped with DC power supply and relay protection compartment. Independently developed and designed by our company to meet urban power grid construction requirements, it is suitable for power plants, industrial and mining enterprises, temporary power-consuming equipment and other sites. The product can be applied in ring main distribution systems as well as radial power grid terminal power supply. High and low voltage metering units and high and low voltage capacitor compensation devices are available for configuration. The substation is available in integral and split two structures.

Model YB-40.5 series prefabricated substation is designed by our company for the development of power industry and safe and reliable operation of power grid. Compared with similar domestic products, it has the following features: The enclosure can be made into metal cabinet or eco-friendly non-metal cabinet as required by customers. The cabinet roof adopts double-layer cavity structure with sloped design to prevent water accumulation. A great number of optimizations have been made in heat insulation & radiation resistance, moisture and condensation prevention, sound insulation, wind resistance and dustproof performance. The base frame of the box substation is welded by section steel (I-beam, channel steel) to form a high-strength integrated structure with anti-rust treatment. The cabinet appearance can be customized according to customer requirements, and its color can be coordinated with the surrounding environment. For non-metal cabinets, the wall can be fully tiled or half-tiled with exterior wall coating, featuring elegant appearance, firmness and reliability. The cabinet adopts “double-square layout” or “triangular layout” to divide the substation into three independent compartments. Each compartment is equipped with separate natural air vents and indoor lighting devices. Temperature-controlled exhaust fans are installed in the transformer compartment for forced ventilation. (Air conditioners or dehumidifiers can also be installed inside if customer conditions permit.)
